How do I add extra nights to my RVK Bear booking?

If you have already booked accommodation through RVK Bear, you can extend your stay at the same group rate until February 1st.
Simply email Paula at events@centerhotels.com with your name and the dates you’d like to add, and she’ll update your reservation through the group booking.

What if I want to extend after February 1st?

After February 1st, Center Hotels can’t guarantee the same group rate for added nights.
You’ll still have access to Center Hotels’ 25% direct booking discount, and Paula will always do her best to keep the extended-night price the same, or as close as possible.

Are third-party providers sometimes cheaper?

Sometimes, yes — especially during big promotions (like Black Friday).
These deals are often non-refundable, which means you may not be able to get a refund if plans change.

What’s the advantage of booking through RVK Bear?

Booking via RVK Bear comes with group-booking benefits, including:
