Reykjavik Bear is a men only event.
All tickets and passes will be delivered at the event. During the opening party there will be a welcome desk where guest will check in and receive their pass and other merchendise. If you arrive later, please let us know and we will keep your pass for when you arrive.
All personal information given by our customers are stored securely and will never be shared with third party websites.
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured and handled by Valitor.
These terms and conditions are subject to Icelandic commerce laws number 96/1992, 50/2000 and 48/2003.
Payments & prices
Although prices may be shown in different currencies the price for the event is fixed in Icelandic Króna (ISK).
Rates listed on the website are per person or per item, unless otherwise specified. We accepts all major cards as specified by Valitor.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking email gjaldkeri@reykjavikbear.is at the first opportunity. A 10% cancellation fee is charged if cancelled before August 1st. 2020. No refund is offered if cancellation occurs after August 1st, 2020.
Liability
Reykjavik Bear acts in good faith and cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or schedule changes caused by weather or road conditions, force majeure such as natural catastrophes, strikes or any other irregularities beyond the control of Reykjavik Bear.
Luggage is at the owner’s risk throughout the tour. We therefore advise all clients to have insurance cover.
All information on Reykjavik Bear is subject to change and we reserve the right to correct any mistakes that may appear on our website. These general booking conditions are subject to change and we reserve the right to update these conditions without notice.
We reserve the right to change our typical itineraries at any time and at our discretion. We will endeavor to avoid this and if this is necessary, we will try to substitute alternative arrangements.
Your appointed Reykjavik Bear tour guide may need to make a decision in the interests of safety. It is a condition of bookings that you comply with the authority and decisions of the appointed representative of Reykjavik Bear. If you do not comply with the said representative and are not compatible with the general enjoyment and well being of members of the tour, we reserve the right to refuse to allow you to continue the tour. In such a case we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by you. We cannot accept liability for the behaviors of others on your tour nor if any facilities are curtailed as a result of their actions.
It is your responsibility to meet your tour at arranged points and times. Reykjavik Bear will endeavor to ensure that departure times are met.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes in connection with them shall be exclusively governed by Icelandic law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Reykjavik, Iceland.
