Every year we get lots of questions from our guests. Here you can find some answers to the most common ones.

What tee-shirt size did I chose? What menu did I pick for the brunch?

All the information related to your order were summed up in the confirmation email you received when your online order was processed.

At check-in, you also received vouchers for the specificities of your order.

The T-shirt provided in the goodie bag is too small/too big. Can I change it?

We have a very limited stock of this year’s exclusive tee-shirt. While we cannot guarantee we can change it for you, reach out to your fellow bears and some might want to swap.

Do the buses leave on time for the day trips?

The answer to that question is a strong and hard YES!

We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure time at the starting point for our excursions, as we will not be waiting for late guests.

How long do we stop to enjoy the Golden Circle sites?

We will have enough time to wander around during the stops at the Golden Circle. Your guide will announce what time the bus leaves again after each stop on the excursion.

Please be respectful of your fellow bears and avoid making everyone wait in the bus!

How long will we stay in the lagoons?

The plan is to stay at the Blue Lagoon and the Sky Lagoon for about 2 hours. More than enough time to enjoy the hot waters and activities!

Dammit! I forgot my swimsuit!

Both lagoons give their guests the possibility to rent swimsuits. Ask the lagoon staff when arriving at the location.

Towels will be provided free of charge at both lagoons.

Note that swimsuit rentals are not included in your Full Event pass or the Sky Lagoon add-on.

Do I have to show up on time for the parties?

It is not necessary to show up on time at our parties. Should the venues be at capacity, your full event pass or party pass will allow you to cut the line. Rumor has it there would be a surprise show… stay tuned on our social media pages!

Will there be a coat check at the parties?

At the time this guide was printed, we were not able to confirm there would be a coat check for the Top Off party on Friday.

However, there will be a coat check for the Saturday Club Night, free of charge for passholders.

Is there a map of the event venues and meeting points?

The Program page has a quick map of every important point related to the event.

Who can I ask if I need assistance during the event?

Our team members are here to help: you will notice them with their red RVKBear name tags. Ask them anything and they will accommodate you the best they can.
