Every year, we receive lots of questions from our guests. Here are answers to some of the most common ones:

What tee-shirt size did I chose? What menu did I pick for the brunch?

All the information related to your order was summarised in the confirmation email you received when your online order was processed.

At check-in, you also received vouchers that detail your specific order preferences.

What if I have special dietary needs?

If you have any special dietary requirements, please notify us by sending details to our email: growl@reykjavikbear.is.

The T-shirt provided in the goodie bag is too small/too big. Can I change it?

We have a very limited stock of this year’s exclusive tee-shirt. While we cannot guarantee we can change it for you we will of course try. You can also reach out to your fellow bears and some might want to swap.

Do the buses leave on time for the day trips?

Absolutely, yes!

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the departure time at the designated starting point for excursions, as buses will not wait for late guests.

How long do we stop to enjoy the Golden Circle sites?

There will be ample time to explore during the stops on the Golden Circle tour. Your guide will announce the departure time before leaving each stop.

Please respect your fellow bears and ensure you are back on the bus promptly to avoid delays.

How long will we stay in the lagoons?

The plan includes approximately 2 hours at the lagoons. This is more than enough time to enjoy the warm waters and activities.

I forgot my swimsuit! What should I do?

No worries! All lagoons offer swimsuit rentals. Simply ask the staff upon arrival.

Towels will be provided free of charge at all lagoons.

Please note: Swimsuit rentals are not included in your Event Pass.

Do I need to arrive on time for the parties?

It’s not necessary to arrive exactly on time. If the venue is at capacity, your Bear Pass allows you to skip the line.

Will there be a coat check at the parties?

There will be self-serve coat checks available at the venues for your convenience.

Is there a map of the event venues and meeting points?

Yes, you will find a handy map of all key event locations on the Program page and in the event booklet handed out at check-in.

Who can I ask if I need assistance during the event?

Our team members are here to help! Look for those wearing RVKBear lanyards. Don’t hesitate to ask them for assistance.
