- This offer is valid only when booking a hotel stay in conjunction with the purchase of a Weekend Pass or Party Pass for RVKBear 2026.
- Bookings may be cancelled with full refund until and including 31 May 2026.
- From 1 June 2026 onward, bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Within 72 hours after placing a RVKBear Pass order that includes a hotel stay pre-booking, you will receive an email with a payment link.
- Payment for the hotel stay must be received no later than 31 May 2026. Your hotel booking will be cancelled if payment was not received before that date.
- Important: Your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received, no later then 31 May 2026.
- Requests to extend your stay must be received by email at growl@reykjavikbear.is before 31 May 2026 and is subject to availability.
