What to expect:
Polar Bear pass holders, join the bear crowd of Reykjavík Bear for a morning of relaxation, soaking in the warm waters of Hvammsvík Hot Springs!
Located in the “Whale fjord” Hvalfjörður, with gorgeous views over the surrounding mountains and ocean, Hvammsvík has been a popular bathing spot for centuries.
If we’re lucky, seals and whales might wave at us from a distance! And for the bravest bears, why not taking a dip in the fjord to cool off?
Hvammsvík offers eight natural hot springs of various sizes and temperatures located at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.
Expect to stay about 2 hours in the water before heading back to the city to enjoy the afternoon at your leisure. Check the Hotels and offers page for ideas and deals.
